Although Amazon states that books get mailed out within 14 days, this is a mistake on their part. We strive to get your order shipped within 2 days - but usually within 24 hours! Media mail ordinarily takes 4-6 days, depending on your location.
We are sold out of the first edition of Mom Needs a Dinosaur! and won't be making more. Though secondhand copies may be available somewhere online, we suggest ordering our new second edition!

FREE SHIPPING is available to libraries in Wisconsin and for those that order 25 or more books.
HOW MUCH DOES SHIPPING COST FOR MORE THAN ONE BOOK? FOR MORE THAN 5 BOOKS?
We have a flat shipping rate of $5 for up to 5 books. Ordering more than five books? Simply add $1 for each book after 5. Order 25 or more books and get free shipping.
How much does shipping cost for more than one book?
I only see 3 Rhino & Dino books. Where are the others?
I ONLY SEE 3 RHINO & DINO BOOKS. WHERE ARE THE OTHERS? CAN I PREORDER THEM?
They aren't out yet! Whenever a new book is close to release, we open up pre-orders.
We are a small press. So by getting on a pre-order list, you will help us determine how many we will make. And by buying our books, helping us spread the word to your friends and family, and reviewing our books everywhere they are sold, you are helping us get the next books out quicker! Thank you for helping us to continue putting out your new favorite books!
Can I get my books signed and/or personalized?
CAN I GET MY BOOKS SIGNED AND/OR PERSONALIZED?
Yes! We would be happy to do that!
For Mom Needs a Dinosaur! books, both Kent Barnard the author and Erin Kant Barnard the illustrator will sign and personalize your book. For Rhino & Dino books, author/illustrator Erin Kant Barnard will sign and personalize.
Additionally, Erin draws something cute in all books if you ask for signing - perfect for one-of-a-kind gifts! Just make sure to add a note to your order with details whether you want your book signed, personalized or both. For orders with more than one book, please list only one book personalization per line to help us keep them straight.
Can you tell me abot the Snazzy Jazzy Activity Booklet?
CAN YOU TELL ME ABOUT THE RHINO & DINO SNAZZY JAZZY ACTIVITY BOOKLET?
Of course! The Snazzy Jazzy Activity Booklet is a PDF - which means it's easy to print whether it's for your class, library, youth group or for your active little ones at home. The booklet contains fun activities such as Rhino & Dino talking puppets, mazes, door hangers, bookmarks, finger puppets, a word search, crossword puzzle, drawing code breaking puzzle, and more! There are even a couple of activities that promote social and emotional learning. Inside there is something for everyone from ages preschool through 3rd grade. Currently, the booklet is 30 pages long. Erin does add to it whenever a new book comes out - and will send any updates for free to those that have previously bought one if they ask.
I NEED CATALOGING INFORMATION FOR MY LIBRARY!
Happy to help! Since we here at Seabear Press have librarian backgrounds, we know how important it is to have complete catalog metadata for your records as well as book cover pictures so that patrons are more likely to check out our titles. Here's a list of what you need for easy copy and pasting.

I LIVE OUTSIDE OF THE U.S. HOW CAN I ORDER?
Please email us at editor@seabearpress.com with your name, email and mailing addresses and whether you want your books signed or signed and personalized. If personalizing, please put only one book personalization per line in your email. International shipping is quite costly, so we will use your address to figure out the required postage and send you a link via PayPal. Orders with more than one book get a break on the shipping.
HOW DO I SUBSCRIBE TO YOUR NEWSLETTER?
There's 2 ways! Make an order and we will add you or send us an email saying that you would like to subscribe! And please add the email "editor@seabearpress.com" to your contacts to ensure that you get our news. Thank you for the interest!
We ARE NOT one of those companies that floods your inbox! We know you're busy. We are too! So our newsletter only comes out 2-3 times a year - when we have something important to say like a new book is coming out.
If you decide that the newsletter is not for you, we will be sorry to hear that, but we always provide a link at the bottom of each newsletter to make unsubscribing easy. If you decide later on that you want to re-join the fun, you will have to subscribe again.

I'VE HEARD ABOUT FREE PERSONALIZED BOOKMARKS. HOW CAN I GET SOME?
Free personalized bookmark files are available to groups like libraries, schools, etc. that have bought Seabear Press books! Just email us the name of your group (so we can put it on the bookmarks) and a picture of you, your kids, or your library or class enjoying one of our titles so that we can proudly share it here or on our Facebook page. Easy!

How can my child or class write to one of your authors?
HOW CAN MY CHILD OR CLASS WRITE TO ONE OF YOUR AUTHORS?
We love forwarding mail to our authors and they love hearing from kids. There are 3 ways to write.
• To write by email: use editor@seabearpress.com and add "Dear [author's name]" in the subject line. Letters without this may accidentally be spammed by our system. If you include an email address in the email itself, we will forward you the author's personal reply back! Be sure to add our email address to your contacts so replies don't wind up in your spam folder.
• To write by mail, address envelopes to:

For a hand-written reply, please include a self-addressed stamped envelope.
• To write using GoodReads: visit the author's page to ask questions.
Please note that all letters sent to us become Seabear Press property and cannot be returned. Additionally, sometimes we fall in love with the letters, reviews, pictures, and drawings that you send us. So know that there is a chance that we will add them to our site and Facebook page. To help keep identities private, we label them with a child's first name and age only. [See the kids' reviews for examples.] If we use anything that you send us, we will let you know via the email address that you provided and send you free a Rhino & Dino mini activity booklet PDF as a thank you! The mini activity booklet has activities not available anywhere else and is different from the Snazzy Jazzy Booklet that we have on sale.
